09/28/08 Both Mariah & Jethro earned their Canine Good Citizen Certificates at
the Westbury Kennel Association's Show. Both were handled by Tom. Bakba
Takes BEEE Newfoundland.
09/27/07 Jethro gets his first point by taking Winner's Dog, Best puppy and Best
of Opposite under Judge Jon Cole at the Suffolk Kennel Club. Jethro also took a
Puppy Group IV.
09/06/08 Phoebe earns her second point by taking Winner's Bitch at the
Somerset Hills Kennel Club under judge Richardo Salana.
09/05/08 Under judge Mrs Robert Smith, Phoebe takes Winner's BItch and Best
of Opposite for her first point at the Tuxedo Park Kennel Club. Handled by Krista
Nuovo.
06/21/08 At BMNC Regional Speciality Remi takes Reserve winner's Dog under
judge Angela Propora. Again, expertly handled by Karen Friedman
05/31/08 At the Ist annual Match held by the NSOHA, Mariah and Jethro both
took their classes and Winners. Mariah takes Best Newfoundland puppy and a
puppy Group II
04/29/08 - 05/03/08 News from the Newfoundland National. Babka expertly
handled by co owner & breeder Betty McDonnell makes the cut in both 15-18
months Sweeps and regular class. As does Kuma handled by Tom. Phoebe and
Remi also make the cut handled by Karen Freidman. Unfortunately Sugar didnot
pass her draft test. Tom takes 3rd place in the the first "Over the Hill" handler
contest handling 4 month old Jethro!
